Sandesh Joshi
Co-Founder, CEO & President
He has a bachelor of mechanical engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (IIT), one of the premier Technology Schools of India and a Master of Science from North Carolina State University (NCSU), Raleigh, NC, USA, with a specialization in Computer Aided Design (CAD). Prior to founding Indovance Inc, Sandesh has worked at SolidWorks Corporation as a senior R&D member for a number of years. As the President of Indovance Inc, Sandesh is also advised by a board of advisors comprising of industry leading professionals in US as well as India.
The Indian operation is based in Pune, India and is headed by a team of experienced industry veterans. The team has the technical as well as project management experience required to successfully deliver on hundreds of projects in US, UK and Australia and is ready to take up new projects and help you make your outsourcing venture a success.
Surendra Joshi
Co-Founder, COO, Head of Indian operations
Surendra Joshi is the co-founder and the head of the Indian operations. He is a serial entrepreneur and has a strong experience starting, managing and developing teams in the Indian industry.
He brings with him more than 40 years of industry experience to Indovance. His career spans from working at the leading Indian Automotive company (in various roles) to starting and leading companies for growth.
He is a Mechanical Engineer from Pune university, India
Yogesh Desai
General Manager, Business Development
Yogesh Desai is GM, business development. He happens to be the first employee at the Indian operations and has been instrumental in growing the company at every step, over the years.
He brings with him more than 13+ years of experience working in the outsourcing industry; more specifically, civil engineering with expertize in the field of Land Development, Structural and Land Surveying.
Yogesh heads the business development team and is responsible for executing the business development strategy for Indovance. He has extensive experience managing and working with multi-cultural teams.
Yogesh has a Masters degree in Civil Engineering from Pune university, India.
Nanaji Bhat
General Manager, Human Resource and Administration
Nanaji Bhat is GM (HR and Admin), Indian operations. He
has extensive hands-on experience with organizational development, HR policy and implementation, recruitment, training and performance management.
He brings with him more than 30 years of experience of training, administration and development of human resources to Indovance. He has experience working with the state government in Research and Development
His primary responsibilities includes preparing and implementation of HR policies, employee grievance handling, organization development and Initiatives.
He is a post graduate in criminology and forensic science from Saugar university, India
Chandrakant Kuchekar
Sr. Manager, Mechanical
Chandrakant Kuchekar is the senior manager (Mechanical) and has extensive hands on experience in designing and manufacturing of machines for various different manufacturing industries.
He brings with him more than 30 years of extensive experience in designing and manufacturing of textile processing, food processing and material handling machines. He served as General Manager for one of the Textile machinery manufacturing company.
He is primarily responsible for overseeing all the mechanical department operations which include quality control, timely delivery of projects, client interaction and other day-to-day activities of the department.
He is a mechanical engineering graduate. He is also a certified Chartered Engineer.
Narendra Ansingkar
Manager, Civil and Architectural
Narendra Ansingkar is manager (Civil & Architecture) and has extensive hands on experience in design, analysis and detailing for various architectural, structures, land development and surveying projects.
He brings with him a number of years of experience working in the outsourcing industry and more specifically in civil engineering, lumber design and detailing and architectural.
His primary responsibilities include management of civil and architectural departments for the day-to-day project needs, quality control, timely delivery of projects and ultimately client satisfaction.
He has a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from Pune university, India.
